4. Contact Form and Email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we store your information in order to process your inquiry. We do not share this data without your consent and delete it as soon as processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Booking via Playtomic
Court reservations and payments are handled via the Playtomic platform, an external service provider. When you make a booking, you are redirected to the Playtomic system and enter your data there directly. Playtomic's own privacy policy applies to data processing on that platform.
6. Maps (OpenStreetMap)
We embed map material from OpenStreetMap to show our location. When the map loads, your IP address may be transmitted to the map provider. We have no influence over this.
7. Hosting and Server Log Files
When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically creates so-called server log files. These are used solely to ensure technical stability and security and are deleted after a short period of time.
8. Cookies
Our website only uses technically necessary cookies and comparable storage technologies required for its operation. You can restrict or prevent this storage via your browser settings.
9. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about events and tournaments. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email.
