1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the padel courts and other services offered by Padel Hub GmbH ("Padel Hub") at its location at Im alten Riet 21, 9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein. By booking a court, participating in a coaching session or event, or using the facility, you accept these Terms.
2. Contracting Party
The contracting party is Padel Hub GmbH, Schaan. The contract for the use of a court is concluded upon confirmation of your booking.
3. Booking and Reservation
Courts can be booked online via the Playtomic booking system or, where available, on site. A reservation is binding as soon as it has been confirmed. The stated playing time (usually 90 minutes) begins and ends at the booked time; please vacate the court promptly for the following players.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed on our website or in the booking system at the time of booking apply. Payment is made online via Playtomic or on site. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include any applicable statutory charges.
5. 10-Session Passes and Fixed Slots
Multi-session passes (10-session passes) and fixed, recurring bookings ("Fixed Slots") are subject to the terms and prices valid at the time the contract is concluded. Credits and Fixed Slots are non-transferable unless expressly agreed otherwise. The period of validity is communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations are free of charge up until the deadline shown in the booking system before the start of play. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the booked court will generally be charged. The cancellation terms displayed to you at the time of booking apply.
7. Rules of Use and House Rules
To protect the facility and all guests, the following principles apply:
- Only clean, non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted on the courts.
- Instructions from staff must be followed.
- The facility must be treated with care; any damage must be reported immediately.
- Food and drinks are only permitted in the designated areas.
- In the event of violations, Padel Hub may exclude players from using the facility.
8. Coaching and Events
Additional terms may apply to coaching sessions, courses, tournaments, and corporate events, which will be communicated at the time of registration. Padel Hub may cancel or postpone coaching sessions or events for good cause; any payments already made will be refunded or credited in such cases.
9. Liability
Use of the facility and participation in padel are at your own risk. Padel Hub is not liable for slight negligence. Padel Hub is only liable for personal injury, property damage, and financial loss in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for personal belongings or valuables brought onto the premises.
10. Health
By using the facility, you confirm that you are physically fit to engage in sporting activity. Padel Hub assumes no responsibility for any health consequences arising from participation in sport.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
Padel Hub may amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Liechtenstein, excluding conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Schaan, Liechtenstein. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
