Everything you want to know before your first rally - from booking to equipment. If your question isn't here, just send us a message.
Padel is a mix of tennis and squash, almost always played in doubles. It's played on a smaller court enclosed by glass walls and mesh fencing - the walls are part of the game and can be used to your advantage.
The racket is compact and has no strings; the ball is similar to a tennis ball. This exact combination is what makes padel so accessible: rallies last longer, the pace is more relaxed, and the fun kicks in within just a few minutes.
No. Padel is one of the fastest racket sports to pick up - most people have real rallies in their very first game. If you want to go deeper, our coaches will help with targeted lessons.
Padel is traditionally played with four people - two against two. It's also possible with two, but doubles is where the fun really is. If you don't have four people together, you can find open games and playing partners near you through the Playtomic app.
A court is booked by the hour - ideal for a relaxed match. If you want to play longer, simply book several consecutive slots.
Booking will soon be available online, around the clock. You'll be able to see available slots in real time, book your court, and pay directly in the app.
Our rates vary depending on the time slot - between more affordable off-peak hours and the more popular peak time. Prices are calculated per court and hour:
Off-Peak - CHF 44/hr · Mon–Fri until 5:00 PM
Peak - CHF 64/hr · Mon–Fri from 5:00 PM, plus weekends & holidays all day.
The price is for the whole court - split between four people, the cost per person stays low. View all prices.
Yes. With a Fixed Slot you get the same court at the same time for the whole season - no weekly searching, and cheaper than booking week by week. Starting at CHF 2,080/year (off-peak). Request a Fixed Slot.
You manage cancellations yourself in the Playtomic app. The cancellation deadlines shown there apply - it's best to cancel early so the slot becomes available again. If you have any questions, we're happy to help at contact@padelhub.li.
No. Just bring sportswear - you can rent a racket on site, and balls are also available from us. It's ideal for trying out padel before investing in your own equipment.
