These Terms are intended to set out, briefly and transparently, how Fixed Slots work at Padel Hub. They apply in addition to the relevant booking confirmation and the general facility and conduct rules on site.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all Fixed Slot bookings with Padel Hub GmbH ("Padel Hub"). A Fixed Slot is a regularly recurring playing time at an agreed time.
The specific details of the Fixed Slot - in particular the day of the week, time, duration, start date, and price - are set out in the relevant booking confirmation or in the booking shown online.
2. Service and Scope of the Fixed Slot
A Fixed Slot generally comprises a recurring 60-minute slot per week. An extension to 90 or 120 minutes is possible subject to availability and separate confirmation.
The Fixed Slot entitles the holder to use a padel court during the confirmed time window. The specific court assigned may vary for organizational reasons.
3. Price
The price for a Fixed Slot is CHF 3,120 (peak time) or CHF 2,080 (off-peak) per year for a weekly 60-minute slot.
For an extension to 90 or 120 minutes, the corresponding terms will be quoted or confirmed separately.
Any payment terms, due dates, or invoicing details are governed by the relevant booking confirmation or invoice.
4. Term and Renewal
The Fixed Slot applies for the confirmed term. Unless otherwise confirmed, the stated annual price refers to a term of 12 months.
A renewal only takes effect if confirmed by Padel Hub. Padel Hub may contact existing Fixed Slot customers before the term expires to discuss a possible renewal.
5. Use of the Fixed Slot
The Fixed Slot is intended for private, non-commercial play. Commercial transfer, subletting, or resale of the Fixed Slot is only permitted with the prior consent of Padel Hub.
Substitutions within one's own playing group are generally permitted, provided the applicable facility rules are observed.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all fellow players respect the on-site rules and handle the facility and equipment with care.
6. Unused Slots
Unused Fixed Slot sessions generally lapse. There is no automatic entitlement to a refund, credit, or replacement session.
Padel Hub may, on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability, try to find a fair solution. However, this does not create any entitlement for future cases.
7. Reservation for Club Events
Padel Hub may reserve or reschedule a Fixed Slot up to twice per year for its own club events, tournaments, or special operational purposes, if the court is needed for that purpose.
Padel Hub will inform affected Fixed Slot customers as early as possible and will endeavor to offer a suitable alternative, such as a replacement session or another reasonable solution subject to availability.
8. Changes, Maintenance, and Extraordinary Restrictions
Due to maintenance work, technical issues, safety reasons, regulatory requirements, or other extraordinary circumstances, it may happen that a Fixed Slot session cannot take place as planned.
In such cases, Padel Hub will endeavor to find a fair and practical solution.
9. Conduct on the Premises
All players must observe the facility rules, safety requirements, and instructions issued by Padel Hub.
In the event of serious or repeated rule violations, unsportsmanlike conduct, damage, or endangerment of other persons, Padel Hub may restrict use or terminate the Fixed Slot after prior clarification.

11. Changes to These Terms
Padel Hub may amend these Terms as needed. For Fixed Slots already confirmed, changes only apply if they are communicated to customers and are reasonable, or if they apply to future renewals or new Fixed Slot bookings.
